Seica China will return to Productronica China, Asia's leading trade fair for electronics development and production, taking place March 25–27, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), where the company will present its latest high-performance test and automation solutions.

PILOT VX – Speed, Precision, and Smarter Test Execution

Seica’s flagship PILOT VX flying probe system will be on display. Built for today’s accelerated product lifecycle, from concept to production, the PILOT VX delivers significant test-time reduction thanks to its advanced mechanical architecture and proprietary motion controllers, cutting cycle times by up to 50%.

With 12 multifunction test heads and double-side probing of up to 60 points simultaneously, the system offers unmatched coverage. High-power probing (up to 2A per probe), microwave-based measurement capabilities, and optional high-frequency tools - including a 750+ MHz flying oscilloscope -provide exceptional diagnostic depth. The latest generation of integrated LED sensors, combining visible and infrared technologies, expands inspection capability even further.

All of this is powered by Seica’s optimized VIVA™, which includes parallel test execution and AI-driven analysis to streamline test flow in real time.

Rapid H8 – Horizontal System Bare Board Tester

On display will also be the fully automated Rapid H8, equipped with eight independent mobile probes, four on each side, capable of handling high-speed, high-accuracy PCB testing.

The latest generation of linear guide technology ensures precision and repeatability, while innovative probe styles support advanced electrical tests such as 2-wire and Kelvin (4-wire) testing. This solution is ideal for manufacturers requiring high-throughput PCB testing in both prototyping and mass production.

Seica’s Probe Card testing solution: The PILOT VX HR

In addition to the solutions on display, Seica is introducing the PILOT VX HR, the revolutionary flying probe test system designed for comprehensive probe card testing.

This vertical platform integrates hardware and software to perform multiple tests, including pre-assembly MLO and PCB board testing, in-circuit (ICT) and functional testing after assembly, and final probe card verification.

Equipped with high-resolution cameras and an ultra-fast capacitive measurement system, the PILOT VX HR delivers highly accurate electrical measurements while significantly reducing test times.

To accommodate the increasing complexity of probe cards, the XL version supports boards up to 810 x 675 mm, with an optional upgrade for thicknesses up to 12 mm. These enhancements ensure that Seica’s flying probe technology remains at the forefront of semiconductor and PCB testing.

Advanced Software and Industry 5.0 Integration

All systems showcased at the event feature Seica’s VIVA™ software platform, designed to support intelligent integration across the customer’s entire manufacturing ecosystem—from MES interaction and traceability to real-time data collection and repair operations. VIVA also incorporates AI-based diagnostic enhancements to improve fault detection and suggest optimized test strategies.

Each platform is equipped with Canavisia’s Industrial Monitoring solution, Canavision, a software platform designed for enabling remote supervision of power consumption, temperature, environmental conditions, and operating behavior. This visibility supports predictive maintenance and aligns with today’s Industry 5.0 standards for measurable, interconnected performance.
